We have a dedicated and experienced team dealing with Lease Extensions for residential flats.

We understand that when you purchased your flat you may not have been made aware that a decreasing term on your flat could become costly when you come to sell or remortgage. We are able to act on your behalf in order to deal with an extension of your lease either by way of a lease extension agreed with your landlord or, if your landlord will not agree to a lease extension on favourable terms, by way of a statutory lease extension in order to exercise your right to a new longer lease.

We are able to act for you if you have agreed a sale of your flat and your buyer needs the lease to be extended, or if you have arranged a remortgage of your flat but your new lender requires a longer lease term.

We can act for individual tenants, but we also act for groups of tenants within the same development who wish to extend their leases.

We realise that there are often time constraints involved due to sales completing or mortgage offers expiring so we will deal with your lease extension quickly and efficiently by identifying any potential issues at the outset.
