I wanted a lease extension for my flat and really had no idea where to go or start. I phoned Sharmans and was put through to Hayley Jackson. Immediately, I felt very comfortable talking to her. She listened and conversation was two way and she explained the process and answered all my questions in layman's terms. We chose Sharman Law for the purchase of a long leasehold because of good initial impression of their competency on the phone talking to Mel Lawrence, and a competitive price. We went for the fixed price in advance option as this was in our view best value for money. Throughout the whole process Mel responded quickly to any enquiry and dealt with all issues in a professional manner. As you would expect with the purchase of a second hand building on a long term lease there were the usual negotiations with the seller which were all sorted in an expedient manner.
