Our Team

Ben studied his undergraduate in Law and completed his master in legal practice at the University of Law. He joined Sharmans in 2021 following a successful week on our work experience scheme and has since completed his training contract with the firm. Ben qualified in January 2025 into our Commercial Property Department.

His areas of expertise are:

  • Granting, entering and assigning commercial leases
  • Commercial Freehold Sale and Purchases
  • First Registrations
  • Lease Renewal Notices/Negotiations
  • General Land Registry Dealings

Ben is known for his friendly and approachable nature, as well as his dedicated commitment to his clients.

What do you love doing in your free time?

“On weekends I enjoy playing for my Sunday league team and also travelling to different Parkruns on a Saturday morning!”
