Farida Ahmed
Farida qualified as a Private Client Solicitor in October 2022 and joined Sharmans in October 2023. She holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of Bedfordshire and completed the Legal Practice Course at Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge.
Farida specialises in all aspects of Private Client work, including:
- Will drafting,
- Lasting Powers of Attorneys,
- Applications for Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration,
- Estate Administration,
- Deputyship applications.
Farida is currently an Affiliate Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and is working towards full membership as a Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP). Farida is also a trained Dementia Friend and has experience supporting both adults and children with special needs.
Farida recognises that clients often seek legal support during emotionally difficult times. She is known for her professional, personable, and sensitive approach, and is committed to delivering clear, bespoke legal advice with a high standard of client care.
