Our Team

Helen grew up in Ampthill and now lives in Flitwick.  She joined Sharmans in 2001 as a part time secretary and after several years of part time study, qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2013.  She became the Head of Residential Property Department in April 2022.

Her areas of expertise are:

  • Sales and Purchases of Freehold and Leasehold Properties, including unregistered land, including Attorney and Executor sales.
  • Transfers and Assents.
  • Mortgages and Remortgages including Equity Releases.
  • First registrations.
  • Declarations of Trust.

Helen is known for her friendly and professional approach at what is often a stressful time for her clients.  Much of her work is generated from client referrals and estate agent referrals.

What do I love doing in my spare time? I love going to the theatre and concerts due to the sense of escapism where I can be transported to another place through the storytelling, music, and dance.  A day out at a theatre show followed by a lovely meal with friends, or usually my adult children who love the theatre as much as I do,  is my idea of a perfect day.
