Marta qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2004, after completing the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Test. She originally obtained her law degree in Madrid in 1995 and moved to the UK in 1997 to continue her legal career. Marta joined Sharmans in May 2016 becoming an Associate in 2018.

In November 2017, Marta completed the STEP Diploma in Trusts and Estates (England and Wales). She is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), demonstrating her expertise in complex estate and trust work and her commitment to the highest professional standards in this field.
We asked Marta – if you could try any job for a month, what would it be and why?
I would choose to be an Egyptologist. The history, symbolism, and cultural depth of ancient Egypt have always fascinated me. Exploring archaeological sites and uncovering the stories of the past would be an inspiring and intellectually enriching experience.
