Parwinder has been a valued member of the firm since 2014, initially joining as a Legal Cashier. Her dedication, knowledge, and leadership quickly became evident, and in 2018—coinciding with her birthday—she was promoted to Finance Manager. In 2022, she further expanded her remit, taking on the role of Practice Manager alongside her financial duties.
With over 25 years of experience in the legal sector, Parwinder brings a wealth of expertise in financial management and operational oversight. She is responsible for the firm’s financial strategy and compliance, and oversees the finance department with a focus on precision, transparency, and efficiency.
A member of the Institute of Legal Finance & Management (ILFM), Parwinder completed her diploma in 2017, receiving an accolade for outstanding achievement—a testament to her commitment to excellence within the legal finance profession.
Known for her pragmatic mindset and calm under pressure, she thrives on problem-solving and embraces challenges as opportunities for growth and innovation. Her leadership plays a key role in supporting the firm's long-term objectives and day-to-day operations.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, caring for my Congo African Grey parrot, travelling, and working on my never-ending DIY home projects.
