Arbitration

Arbitration is one of the leading ways to resolve disputes outside of the traditional court system. Arbitration has gained popularity precisely because it offers considerable advantages to a court-based judicial process.

Arbitration is a private method of dispute resolution, where an impartial, professional third party organisation or individual is asked to arbitrate in a dispute.

A decision is made based on the evidence presented by both parties. This form of dispute resolution is voluntary, and both parties must agree to the arbitration and must also agree in advance that the arbitrator’s decision will be followed.

We can help with arbitration working closely with local arbitrators, and we make referrals when appropriate in relation to financial cases.

When it comes to talking about arbitration, we are good listeners, so let's talk.
