Pay As You Go

We recognise that some people would prefer to deal with the procedural part of the divorce themselves given that that is now an online process rather than instruct us to deal with that.

We also recognise that some people are confident to front any negotiations in relation to their finances or issues in respect of their children but nevertheless might feel that they need legal advice from time to time.

We are content to be consulted in this manner (which is known as unbundling). This means that our contact details won't be provided to the Court and so instead all communication will come to you. You can, therefore, just consult with us when you feel that you need legal advice and pay for our time at that point.
